Jade Sales does not provide returns for all digital items sold on this platform. Also, digital downloads sold on Jade Sales are not shipped to the buyer’s location.
After purchasing your order. Approximate processing time will be within 1 to 2 business days, and shipping time will depend on your chosen shipping method at checkout. All orders received on Saturday will be processed the following day.
We have a 15-day return rule on all our products, starting from the day that you receive your order. This excludes products in our Health and Wellness department. If you are not satisfied with the order, we’ll refund the entire order if you choose. Just go to My Account to find the order or particular item you want a refund from. Issue the refund form with the necessary information, and if approved, once we have received the item(s) we will complete your refund. Return shipping has to be paid by the customer.
If by chance your product(s) is damaged when received, we will refund the order or place a new order free of charge to you. As long as you send us a picture and a written statement of the product’s condition.
Jade Sales ships physical orders to every state except the following: Alaska, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State.
